Abstract:
Aiming at the lightweight requirement of a high mobility radar, the hydraulic tank with carbon fiber as frame material and engineering foam as inner material is designed. The heat dissipation is enhanced by using the inner baffle. The weight of the hydraulic tank is reduced by more than 63% compared with the stainless steel tank. According to the characteristics of intermittent work of the radar hydraulic system, theoretical calculation, simulation and experimental verification are carried out for the temperature rise of the hydraulic system and the heat dissipation of the carbon fiber tank. The results show that the requirements of the heat dissipation performance of the carbon fiber hydraulic tank can be satisfied.
