Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the ballistic telemetry system needs to configure telemetry antennas with different received powers according to the target types, the certain ballistic telemetry antenna is designed to complete the process below the mid-long range, and realize the full coverage of antenna power in the interval. At the same time, according to the more stringent index requirements, the optimization of the design is achieved including pointing accuracy, positioning accuracy and wind load resistance. Elevation-azimuth type is selected for the system. Based on the numerical simulation analysis of wind moment, the structure of altitude axis is optimized of disassembly performance without antenna arrays and the structure can meet the system accuracy requirements. In addition, the structure of rotating axis is optimized of adjustable center system to realize in-site adjustment. The structure reduces the gear gap to improve the antenna pointing accuracy, which greatly reduces the difficulty of assemble. The telemetry antenna with pointing accuracy of 0.1° and positioning accuracy of 0.01° has been delivered, which provides a reference for the structure design of the other ballistic telemetry antenna.
