    面向机载电缆的故障诊断与可视化系统研究

    Research on Fault Diagnosis and Visualisation System for Airborne Cable

    • 摘要: 为提升航空系统中机载电缆故障诊断的效率及可视化水平,本文对机载电缆故障诊断技术和故障可视化技术展开研究。在故障诊断方面,本文设计了基于扩展频谱时域反射技术的机载电缆故障诊断系统;同时为解决诊断系统阻抗与待测电缆阻抗不匹配引起的信号反射问题,系统还引入了阻抗测量及阻抗匹配功能,采用自动平衡电桥技术测量电缆特性阻抗并通过阻抗匹配网络实现阻抗匹配;实验表明系统能够较好的完成阻抗测量和故障诊断。在故障可视化方面,本文使用CATIA软件构建了机载电缆数字化三维模型并基于CATIA二次开发技术开发了机载电缆故障可视化系统,实现了故障诊断结果的可视化呈现。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency and visualisation level of airborne cable fault diagnosis in aviation system, this paper researches on airborne cable fault diagnosis technology and fault visualisation technology. In terms of fault diagnosis, this paper designs an airborne cable fault diagnosis system based on spread spectrum time domain reflection technology; at the same time, in order to solve the signal reflection problem caused by the mismatch between the impedance of the diagnosis system and that of the cable to be tested, the system also introduces the impedance measurement and impedance matching function, which adopts the automatic balancing bridge technology to measure the characteristic impedance of the cable and realises the impedance matching through the impedance matching network; and experiments show that the system is able to complete the impedance measurement and fault diagnosis well. In terms of fault visualisation, this paper uses CATIA software to construct a digital 3D model of the airborne cable and develops an airborne cable fault visualisation system based on CATIA secondary development technology, which realises the visual presentation of fault diagnosis results.
