    天线阵面电磁屏蔽结构设计

    Electromagnetic Shielding Structure Design ofArray Antenna

    • 摘要: 随着雷达朝着高集成、高功率、多功能等方向发展,天线的结构面临多种挑战,如高集成设计、轻量化设计、耐功率设计及电磁屏蔽设计等。其中,随着功率的提升及探干侦通等多种功能于一体的需求不断增多,电磁屏蔽结构设计的重要性日益凸显。文中针对某探攻一体雷达具有的高功率特点而提出的严苛的屏蔽效能要求,依据阵面的结构特点从屏蔽效能分配、屏蔽设计电讯基础、屏蔽材料选择、缝隙结构的电磁屏蔽及孔洞结构的电磁屏蔽设计等方面对阵面的屏蔽设计进行了详细研究,相关屏蔽效能改进结构经阵面内外场电性能测试验证有效。

       

      Abstract: With the development of radar towards high integration, high power and multi-function, the structure of antenna faces many challenges, such as high integration design, lightweight design, power resistance design and electromagnetic shielding design. Among them, with the increasing power and requirements of multiple functions, the design of electromagnetic shielding structure is becoming more and more important. In this paper, in view of the high power characteristics of a special radar system, the strict electromagnetic shielding effectiveness requirements were put forward. According to the structural characteristics of array antenna, the electromagnetic shielding design of antenna was researched detailly. From the aspects of shielding effectiveness distribution, shielding design of telecommunication basis, shielding material selection, electromagnetic shielding design of shot and hole structure. The improved structure of correlation shielding effectiveness was verified to be effective by in-plane and in-field tests.
