    便携式聚光太阳能热电转换装置的系统结构设计

    System Structural Design of a Portable Concentrating Solar Thermoelectric Conversion Device

    • 摘要: 碟式太阳能发电系统具有转换效率高、可储热蓄能、经济性良好等特点。然而现有碟式太阳能发电系统因其聚光器笨重,热电转换装置结构复杂、功率质量比不高以及建造成本高昂限制了其大规模的应用。文中设计了一种便携式聚光太阳能热−机−电转换装置(concentrating solar thermal-mechanical-electrical conversion device, CST-M-ECD),首先根据系统输入热量和预期指标,对装置集热温度、循环热效率和输出功率进行计算,然后根据需求选择合适的部件方案并具体设计结构和参数,最后对装置中核心输出部件涡旋膨胀机进行运动仿真分析,验证了膨胀机建模和运动的合理性。该装置结构紧凑、尺寸小巧、质量轻并且部件布局合理,使得碟式太阳能热发电系统轻量、便携成为可能。

       

      Abstract: Dish solar thermal power generation system is characterized by such features as high conversion efficiency, thermal energy storage capacity and good economic performance. However, the large-scale application of existing dish solar thermal generation power systems is limited by its bulky concentrators, complex thermoelectric conversion device structures, low power-to-mass ratios, and high construction costs. A portable concentrating solar thermal-mechanical-electrical conversion device (CST-M-ECD) is designed in this paper. Firstly, according to the system heat input and expected indicators, the device collector temperature, circulation thermal efficiency and output power are calculated. Then, the appropriate component program is selected and the structure and parameters are designed in detail according to the requirements. Finally, kinematics simulation analysis of the scroll expander (the device's core output component) is carried out for verifying the correctness of its modeling and motion characteristics. The device features a cleverly compact structure, small size, light weight, and rational component layout, which enables the dish solar thermal power generation system to achieve lightweight design and easy portability.
