    某机载共形天线孔径组件断裂分析与改进

    Failure Analysis and Improvement of an Component in Airborne Conformal Antenna Aperture

    • 摘要:         为解决某机载共形天线孔径在随机振动过程中发生功分耦合组件安装支耳断裂的问题,对故障现象进行了失效机理分析,并通过数值仿真和试验验证失效机理的正确性,针对失效机理对功分耦合组件进行结构和工艺优化设计,对优化后的产品通过数值仿真和理论计算相结合的方式校核了其安装支耳和安装螺钉在随机振动工况下的强度安全裕度,最后经过试验验证了优化措施的有效性。文中结论表明:多安装平面过约束安装时受平面度和垂直度的匹配限制,需通过增加调隙垫片等措施减小安装间隙;机载设备结构设计时不建议使用外延安装支耳,若受限其他因素必须设计成外延安装支耳时,其强度裕度应在重量满足要求前提下尽可能大。

       

      Abstract: In order to resolve the fracture failures of power splitter-coupler assembly mounting lugs of an airborne conformal antenna aperture during random vibration, failure mechanism analysis of the fault phenomenon was conducted.The validity of the identified mechanism was rigorously verified through numerical simulation and experimental testing.Based on the failure mechanism,structural and process optimizations designs were implemented for the power splitter-coupler assembly.The strength safety margin of the optimized mounting lugs and fastening screws under random vibration conditions was evaluated using a combined approach of numerical simulation and theoretical calculations.Finally,the effectiveness of the optimization measures was conclusively validated through qualification testing. The conclusions indicate:Flatness and perpendicularity mismatches in over-constrained multi-plane installations necessitate mounting clesrances reduction via shimming spacers.In structural design for airborne equipmengt,extended mounting lugs are strongly discouraged.If unavoidable under design constraints,the strength safety margin should be maximized while ensuring weight requirements are met.
