    快速组合的磁吸式线束制作装置及工艺应用研究

    A Study on the Quick-assembly Magnetic Wire Harness Manufacturing Device and Its Process Application

    • 摘要: 多品种、小批量线束在电子设备生产中的灵活性与精度通常难以兼顾,文中提出了一种快速组合的磁吸式线束制作装置和布线工艺。该装置由刻度板、透明板、磁块、磁柱、柔软磁吸线缆固定条及支撑组件组成,通过磁吸组件的快速组合与磁吸固定,能够在刻度板上灵活、精确设定布线路径。该装置及工艺能够快速适应不同规格、尺寸线束的生产需求,解决了现有布线工装柔性差、精度低的问题。

       

      Abstract: The flexibility and precision in the production of multi-variety, small-batch wire harness for electronic devices are often difficult to balance. A quick-assembly magnetic wire harness manufacturing device and wiring process is proposed in this paper. The device consists of a ruler board, a transparent board, magnetic blocks, magnetic columns, flexible magnetic cable fixation strips, and support components. Through the quick combination and magnetic fixation of the magnetic assembly components, the device allows for flexible and precise setting of the wiring path on the ruler board. This device and process can quickly adapt to the production needs of wire harnesses with different specifications and sizes, addressing the issues of low flexibility and precision in existing wiring fixtures.
