Abstract:
The flexibility and precision in the production of multi-variety, small-batch wire harness for electronic devices are often difficult to balance. A quick-assembly magnetic wire harness manufacturing device and wiring process is proposed in this paper. The device consists of a ruler board, a transparent board, magnetic blocks, magnetic columns, flexible magnetic cable fixation strips, and support components. Through the quick combination and magnetic fixation of the magnetic assembly components, the device allows for flexible and precise setting of the wiring path on the ruler board. This device and process can quickly adapt to the production needs of wire harnesses with different specifications and sizes, addressing the issues of low flexibility and precision in existing wiring fixtures.
