    复杂截面大型导轨加工变形控制方法研究

    Research on Deformation Control Methods for Machining Large Guide Rails with Complex Cross-sections

    • 摘要: 文中针对高精度复杂截面大型导轨的主要结构特征与材料特性,制定了涵盖毛坯制备、粗加工、中频淬火、精加工四个阶段的工艺路线。结合实际加工过程中典型变形问题的工程案例,系统分析了不同变形问题对应的影响因素,梳理出7个末端因素并提出相应控制措施。通过组合工装改进设计、测量系统设计与分析、加工参数及工艺条件优化等手段,有效控制了导轨加工变形与相关风险,保证了导轨加工精度,为高精度复杂截面大型导轨的虚拟轴技术应用奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, focusing on the main structural characteristics and material properties of large guide rails with high-precision complex cross-sections, a process route covering four stages of guide rail forming including blank preparation, rough machining, medium-frequency quenching, and finish machining is established. Based on engineering cases of typical deformation problems encountered during actual machining, the influencing factors of different deformation issues are systematically analyzed; seven root causes are identified and corresponding control measures are proposed. By means of improved design of combined tooling, design and analysis of measurement systems, and optimization of machining parameters and process conditions, the machining deformation and associated risks of guide rails are effectively controlled, and the machining accuracy is ensured. A foundation is thereby laid for the application of virtual axis technology in large guide rails with high-precision complex cross-sections.
