Abstract:
Aiming at the engineering challenges encountered in mechanical environment tests of large-size three-dimensional curved skin antennas when utilizing the conventional single-shaker system, including the risks of over-testing and under-testing as well as distorted load transmission, an integrated test method combining multi-shaker simultaneous excitation for three-dimensional orthogonal random vibration and rear-peak sawtooth wave shock is proposed in this paper. A split-type special fixture fabricated from aluminum alloy is designed in accordance with the actual mounting boundary conditions of the antenna, and a distributed excitation system consisting of 8 shakers for the
X-axis, 4 shakers for the
Y-axis and 6 shakers for the
Z-axis is established. A multi-input multi-output vibration control strategy is adopted, taking the test specimen−fixture connection interface as the control points, and synchronous excitation constraints with a coherence coefficient of 1 and zero phase are configured. Fifteen acceleration measurement points and 15 sets of 0°/45°/90° three-directional strain rosettes are arranged on the antenna skin to synchronously acquire dynamic responses. Three-axis functional vibration tests, endurance vibration tests, and six-direction shock tests covering ±
X/±
Y/±
Z axes are fully implemented, supported by fixture strength verification, hoisting simulation, standardized test procedures, as well as safety design for hoisting and transportation. The test results demonstrate that the proposed multi-shaker simultaneous excitation scheme can distribute excitation energy uniformly and effectively suppress response amplification induced by the resonance of large-scale fixtures. Frequency response characteristics, structural dynamic stress and connection strength data of the antenna can be obtained synchronously. This research provides standardized test technical support for dynamic qualification verification and finite element model calibration of similar large-size thin-walled aerospace antennas.
