Abstract:
The antenna array framework is an important structural part of the active phased array radar. Its structure is not only the carrier and guarantee of the radar electrical performance realization, but also the main bearing structure of the array and the installation foundation of the modules. The frame structure and forming process are both complex. Therefore, in this paper the frame is classified from different perspectives and their advantages, disadvantages and adaptability are discussed. Then, the key points of skeleton design are deeply studied from stiffness and strength analysis, modular design, functional design and three-prevention design. Finally, the typical application of topology optimization method in lightweight design of frame structure is taken as an example to deeply analyze the application of simulation analysis method. The relevant research results have important reference value for the design of key structural components as the antenna array frame.
