    基于工艺参数优化的铟片激光切割高效加工方法研究

    A Study on Efficient Machining Method for Laser Cutting of Indium Sheet Based on Process Parameter Optimization

    • 摘要: 模具冲裁等传统铟片加工方法效率低,难以满足大批量生产需求,而激光切割为非接触加工方法,非常适合铟片这种箔类金属材料加工。文中系统地研究了铟片激光切割工艺的关键技术,分析了不同切割参数对切割质量的影响,对工艺参数优化、切割路径规划、余料高效去除方法等关键技术采取了相应的措施。通过正交试验优化了激光功率、切割速度等关键工艺参数,并以典型铟片零件为研究对象,按照尽量缩短空行程、避免重复切割的原则,优化了切割路径。此外,文中还提出了一种套切加工方法,有效解决了余料去除效率低下的问题。利用该方法加工铟片,在保证质量的前提下,大大提高了加工效率,满足了铟片高质、高效批产的需求。

       

      Abstract: Traditional processing methods like stamping dies for indium sheet are inefficient and unable to meet the requirements of large-scale production. Laser cutting, as a non-contact machining method, is particularly suitable for processing of foil-like metallic materials like indium sheet. In this paper, the key technologies of laser cutting for indium sheet are systematically studied, the effects of different cutting parameters on cutting quality are analyzed and corresponding measures for critical technologies are taken, including process parameter optimization, cutting path planning and efficient removal of residual material. Key process parameters such as laser power and cutting speed are optimized through orthogonal experiments. Taking typical indium sheet part as the research object, the cutting path is reasonably optimized based on the principles of minimizing empty travel and avoiding repeated cutting. Additionally, a nesting cutting method is proposed, which has effectively resolved the issue of low efficiency in removing residual material. Using the processing method developed in this paper, indium sheet can be processed with significantly improved efficiency while ensuring high-quality results and the requirements for high-quality and efficient batch production of indium sheet are satisfied.
