    面向机载电缆的故障诊断与可视化系统研究

    Research on Fault Diagnosis and Visualization System for Airborne Cable

    • 摘要: 为提升航空系统中机载电缆故障诊断的效率及可视化水平,文中对机载电缆故障诊断技术和故障可视化技术展开研究。在故障诊断方面,文中设计了基于扩展频谱时域反射法的机载电缆故障诊断系统;同时,为解决诊断系统阻抗与待测电缆阻抗不匹配引起的信号反射问题,在系统中引入阻抗测量及阻抗匹配功能,采用自动平衡电桥技术测量电缆特性阻抗并通过阻抗匹配网络实现阻抗匹配,实验结果表明系统能够较好地完成阻抗测量和故障诊断。在故障可视化方面,文中使用CATIA软件构建了机载电缆数字化三维模型并基于CATIA二次开发技术开发了机载电缆故障可视化系统,实现了故障诊断结果的可视化呈现。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency and visualization level of airborne cable fault diagnosis in aviation system, airborne cable fault diagnosis technology and fault visualization technology are researched in this paper. In terms of fault diagnosis, an airborne cable fault diagnosis system based on spread spectrum time domain reflectometry is designed; at the same time, in order to solve the signal reflection issues caused by the impedance mismatch between the diagnostic system and the cable under test, the system also incorporates the impedance measurement and impedance matching functions, which adopts automatic balancing bridge technology to measure the cable's characteristic impedance and achieves impedance matching via an impedance matching network. Experimental results demonstrate that the system is able to complete the impedance measurement and fault diagnosis well. In terms of fault visualization, CATIA software is used to construct a digital 3D model of the airborne cable and an airborne cable fault visualization system based on CATIA secondary development technology is developed in this paper, which realizes the visual presentation of fault diagnosis results.
