    Review of Key Technologies and Applications in Green Manufacturing

    • 摘要: 绿色制造作为实现经济发展与生态环境协调统一的重要制造模式,正逐渐成为制造业发展的核心方向。文中系统梳理了绿色制造的研究现状与发展趋势,从绿色设计方法、绿色制造工艺、再资源化与再制造技术以及生命周期数据管理与知识工程四个方面进行了综述。首先,分析了绿色设计在生态材料设计与易拆解可回收设计方面的方法及技术;其次,总结了绿色制造工艺及其系统的发展动态与应用案例;再次,探讨了废旧产品再资源化与再制造技术的核心路径及优化策略;最后,聚焦生命周期数据管理与知识支持技术,分析绿色智能化决策支持的必要性。通过综述当前绿色制造的主要研究成果和典型应用,为制造业绿色转型和可持续发展提供理论支持与实践指导。

       

      Abstract: Green manufacturing, as a crucial production model for achieving the coordinated balance between economic development and ecological conservation, has become the core direction of manufacturing industry advancement. The research status and development trends of green manufacturing are systematically reviewed in this paper, focusing on four key aspects: green design methods, green manufacturing processes, resource recycling and remanufacturing technologies, and life cycle data management with knowledge engineering. First, it examines methods and technical research in eco-material design and design for disassembly and recycling. Second, it surveys the development and application cases of green manufacturing processes and systems. Third, it explores processes and optimization strategies in end-of-life product recycling and remanufacturing technologies. Finally, it discusses life cycle data management and knowledge-based technologies, highlighting the necessity of intelligent decision support for green manufacturing initiatives. Through a review of current research achievements and typical applications in green manufacturing, this paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the green transformation and sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.
