Abstract:
Green manufacturing, as a crucial production model for achieving the coordinated balance between economic development and ecological conservation, has become the core direction of manufacturing industry advancement. The research status and development trends of green manufacturing are systematically reviewed in this paper, focusing on four key aspects: green design methods, green manufacturing processes, resource recycling and remanufacturing technologies, and life cycle data management with knowledge engineering. First, it examines methods and technical research in eco-material design and design for disassembly and recycling. Second, it surveys the development and application cases of green manufacturing processes and systems. Third, it explores processes and optimization strategies in end-of-life product recycling and remanufacturing technologies. Finally, it discusses life cycle data management and knowledge-based technologies, highlighting the necessity of intelligent decision support for green manufacturing initiatives. Through a review of current research achievements and typical applications in green manufacturing, this paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the green transformation and sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.
