Abstract:
To achieve method high-reliability design of airborne radome, a multi-disciplinary and multi-domain building block collaborative design and verification for composite materials in airborne radome is proposed in this paper, cavering electromagnetic wave transmission, stealth performance, mechanical properties, lightning protection, and other critical performance aspects. By integrating the design requirements of high load-bearing capacity, high electromagnetic wave transmission, and high safety for airborne radome, a multi-dimensional building block experiment matrix verification planning and typical experiment performance testing methods are provided in this paper. Through systematic and hierarchical building block experiment analysis and verification of composite materials, this method aims to fully mitigate design risks and ensure the structural functionality and performance of airborne radome. The proposed building experiment analysis and verification method for airborne radome has significant engineering reference value for the design and verification of other integrated structure-performance airborne composite material structures.
