    基于仿真分析和抗倾覆试验的某雷达天线车系统性能验证

    Performance Verification of a Radar Antenna Vehicle System Based on Simulation Analysis and Anti-overturning Test

    • 摘要: 安全性设计是雷达设计的重要环节,而天线车系统的抗倾覆能力关系到人员和设备的安危,是安全性设计的重中之重。风载荷是影响雷达结构安全的关键因素,如何在考虑风载荷的工况下一次性成功研制出满足结构安全要求的天线车系统,是雷达设计面临的挑战。文中结合工程研制,介绍了某重型雷达天线车系统的结构设计,建立了系统有限元计算模型,并分析了在给定环境条件下天线车系统的力学性能,最后通过加载模拟负载进行天线车的抗倾覆试验,验证了仿真手段的置信度,对雷达天线车系统结构设计具有一定的指导意义。

       

      Abstract: Safety design is an important part of radar design and the anti-overturning capability of the antenna vehicle system is the key to safety design because it directly affects the safety of personnel and equipment. Wind load is a critical factor affecting the structural safety of radar system, so it is a great challenge to successfully develop an antenna vehicle system that meets structural safety requirements of radar system under wind load conditions in a single iteration. In this paper, combining engineering development, the structural design of a heavy radar antenna vehicle system is introduced, a finite element calculation model is established and the mechanical performance of antenna vehicle system under given environmental conditions is analyzed. Finally, the anti-overturning test is carried out by loading a simulated load, which verifies the confidence of simulation method. This research has certain guiding significance for structural design of the radar antenna vehicle system.
