无谐振隔振系统冲击隔离的参数优化

摘要: 本文分析了具有低固有频率的无谐振隔振系统受冲击激励时的响应,利用库仑力的运动特性,对系统中所采用的库仑阻尼进行分段处理,并对系统进行参数优化。在保持隔振效率的前提下,寻找出一组符合实际工况的冲击隔离参数,从而解决了在工程应用中振动和冲击不能兼顾的“矛盾”。Abstract: This paper analyzes the response of the resonance-free system with low intrin-sic frequency when it is exposed to shock,makes use of the movement characteristic of Coulomb damping,divides system into several sections and optimizes it,then searches parameters of shock isolation according to application when the original vibration isolation performance is kept,there-fore solves the contradiction between vibration and shock isolation.
