Abstract: In this paper.the development of type-O rubber sealing rings used in a liquid pressure system of air-borne radar and its key techniques are described. Compared with uncov ered rings,the sealing rings covered by PTFE film have the features of lower friction coefficient,less loss coefficient and better sealing function. The reliability and life-time of sealing rings is improved.
