Abstract: To judge whether the hydraulic performance of a swing-typed hydraulic motor with single vane is good or not,we depend on the geometrical accuracy of case module(stator),axis module(rotor)and the matching clearance accuracy in both radial and axial directions.Therefore the forming accuracy of case module and axis module are the key technology in matching.This article just stress on a series of technology measures that have been taken to satisfy the design requirements for the whole case module and axis module in our institute.
