摘要: 本文介绍了用于有源相控阵雷达的T/R组件,讨论了T/R组件的结构设计方法,并对T/R组件设计过程中的一些关键问题进行分析,展望了未来T/R组件结构设计的发展趋势。Abstract: In this paper, T/R module for active phased array radar is introduced. The methods of design T/R module is discussed. And some key technological problems in design of T/R module is analysed. The trend of development of the future T/R module is prospected.
