天线测试转台传动链回差的控制与计算

摘要: 介绍了天线测试转台传动链回差的控制与计算方法, 指出齿轮可以采用化学镀镍来控制齿厚, 以消除公法线均长偏差和中心距偏差所引起的回差。计算结果表明, 对于7 级精度的齿轮, 在采用化学镀镍使齿轮副中心距可视为可调中心距时, 传动链回差的最大值不大于2. 37′, 均方根值不大于1. 53′。Abstract: The methods of control and computation on hysterisis error of drive chains of rotating pedestal for testing antennas are introduced,and it is pointed out in this pape that chemical nickel plating may be used for gears to control tooth thickness so that hysterisis error produced by base tangent average length deviation and centre-to-centre distance deviation is eliminated.The computed results indicate that when using chemical nickel plating to make centre-to-centre distance of gear set adjustable for gears whose precision class is 7,peak value of hysterisis error of drive chains does not exceed 2.37′,and root-mean-square value does not exceed 1.53′.
