    ANSYS动力学仿真技术在航天计算机机箱结构设计中的应用

    Vibration Analysis of the Aerospace Rugged Computer Using ANSYS Dynamic Simulation Technique

    • 摘要: 在航天电子产品设计过程中,机箱结构的动力学仿真分析对于提高产品的环境适应性起着举足轻重的作用。它不仅有助于在产品研发阶段寻求最优化的解决方案,而且能明显缩短产品研制周期、降低生产成本、确保产品质量。这里使用著名有限元分析软件ANSYS,针对航天专用计算机机箱结构进行了动力学仿真分析,其中包括模态分析、半正弦冲击分析和随机振动分析。并与试验测试结果相比较,验证了研究中所提取的仿真模型及所施加的边界条件的合理性。该模型在某实际产品设计中产生了显著的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The dynamic simulation of aerospace rugged computer case plays an important role in product design cycle. It is helpful not only in seeking optimum solution for product, but also efficient in shortening the research cycle, reducing cost and insuring the product quality. In this paper, the famous FEM software ANSYS has been used. Modal analysis, transient analysis of response of half-sin-shock and PSD analysis of a computer's case has been studied. Then the simulation result was compared with experimental data. It verified the reasonability of the simplified model and the boundary condition used in analysis.
