摘要: 通过长期对压电加速度计横向灵敏度的理论研究,又对标定出的大量数据进行分析对比,找出了产生横向灵敏度的诸多因素,进而指出了减小横向灵敏度的方法。Abstract: The cross axis sensitivity of piezoelectric accelerometers was studied for a long time , and a great deal of the calibrated data were analysed and compared. Different factors producing cross axis sensitivity were found, and some ways to reduce it were put forword.
