Abstract: A theory of fuzzy run is established. It can achieve more objective conclusion in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. After that, aiming at performance evaluation of Automatic Target Recognition (ATR), a general concept is developed. The evaluation indexes and their measurement method are chosen and a performance evaluation model is formed. In the end, simulation is carried out using test data.
