Abstract: The construction principle, mechanical properties, basic impact parameters and adjustment methods of cam-type drop impact test table are described. The secondary impact acceleration pulse which is produced by the drop-test can influence the testing parameters and cause fatigue and damage of components. The methods for eliminating the secondary impact acceleration pulse is also introduced.
