    电子机柜振动夹具的动态结构设计

    Dynamic Structure Design of the Vibration Table Fixture

    • 摘要: 在电子机柜振动台夹具的动态结构设计中,提出以振型来分割子结构的方法,将夹具分割为靠背和底盘两大子结构。应用I-DEAS有限元软件仿真为手段,分析了夹具各个子结构的动态性能。并根据分析的结果,在夹具中增加了角板子结构。最后,完成了该夹具的分析和设计。该夹具测试结果表明能够满足电子机柜振动实验使用要求。

       

      Abstract: When vibration table fixture is designed, the fixture is divided into two substructures: back beam and bottom plate according to the method of dividing into substructures based on natural vibration modes. In this paper, all substructures of the fixture are analyzed by applying the I-DEAS software. And, guided by the analysis result, a triangle plate substructure was added to the fixture. Then, the whole fixture was analyzed and designed. After the fixture was tested, that the fixture satisfies the demands of the vibration test for a control cabinet is proved.
