Abstract:
When vibration table fixture is designed, the fixture is divided into two substructures: back beam and bottom plate according to the method of dividing into substructures based on natural vibration modes. In this paper, all substructures of the fixture are analyzed by applying the I-DEAS software. And, guided by the analysis result, a triangle plate substructure was added to the fixture. Then, the whole fixture was analyzed and designed. After the fixture was tested, that the fixture satisfies the demands of the vibration test for a control cabinet is proved.
