Abstract: Aluminium honeycomb sandwich panel has high strength, light weight ,so it is widely used in many products.In this paper,the choice of adhesive, surface pre-treatment and curing parameters for the process of aluminium honeycomb sandwich panel are studied, and the optimum process of adhesion is determined.
