Abstract: In order to reduce the development cost of new products we propose a querying and management system for cutting tools through the analysis of requirement, database design and realization. So the cutting tools can adapts to the NC tool's characteristics of high speed, efficiency and automation. Then the agility and efficiency of NC process is improved.
