Abstract: All kinds of big communication equipments often appear as cabinet or console.The units are fitted in box,and the box is inserted into cabinet or console through guide-rail.The key part manufacture technology of heavy guide-rail is introduced in detail in this paper.A rational process planning is determined,and the relevant tools are devised and manufactured,the tools are simple and practical which bring good effect,so the quality is assured and the productivity is improved.
