Furnace Brazing Technique of 6063 Alloy and its Wave-guide Components

摘要: 采用气保护炉钎焊方法对6063铝合金及其波导进行了钎焊工艺研究。研究结果表明:采用no-clock钎剂,在合理的工艺及气氛条件下,6063铝合金能获得满意的钎焊接头,并实现了6063铝合金复杂结构波导的气保护钎焊。Abstract: Furnace brazing technique of wave-guide made from 6063 alloy is studied.The result of study indicates that noclock flux is suitable for 6063 alloy under reasonable technology and ambience condition.Complex wave-guide of 6063 alloy can be produced by furnace brazing.
