以PC机为核心的转移阻抗测试装置的自动测试系统研制

Design of an Automatic Testing System of Transfer Impedance Test Device with PC as Design Core

摘要: 建立自动测试系统, 提高转移阻抗测试装置自动测试水平。测试系统以PC机为核心, 选用PCI总线接口。分别采用GPIB卡和多功能数据采集卡获得矢量网络分析仪测试数据和压力位移传感器采集数据。数据在PC机内进行了后期处理, 保证了系统测试的适时性, 减少了后期数据处理的工作量,测试准确直观。自动测试系统的设计提高了装置整体的测试水平。

Abstract: An automatic test system is constructed and test level of transfer impedance test device is improved.PC is the core of the testing system and its PCI bus is used.The data of the RF network analyzer are obtained using GPIB card and the data of press/displacement are obtained using multifunction card.The data directly got from sensors would be processed in later stages.So it ensures the processed data be accurate and in real time.This design of automatic test system improved final test level of the device.
