Abstract: Taking the secondary cooling device of the vehicle-borne electronic equipment as major study target,this paper discussed the central technical factors of the secondary cooling device,and introduced the system configuration and work principles of the secondary cooling device.According to the characters of vehicle-borne electronic equipment,the secondary cooling system was optimized,and several advanced technologies,such as SCM control,frequency conversion,high efficiency heat transfer etc,were integrated to satisfy different cooling requests of vehicle-borne electronic equipment.
