基于ADAMS的夹钳机构虚拟建模与仿真

摘要: 文章以武汉钢铁集团40 t电动平移式卧卷夹钳为研究对象,首先基于三维造型软件UG构建夹钳机构的三维实体模型,并通过与机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS采用的相同的建模核心Parasolid核心,实现两者之间的数据转换,在ADAMS中建立夹钳机构的虚拟样机模型。最后对夹钳机构的虚拟样机模型进行动力学仿真,并对其结果进行了分析,为该机构的优化设计提供了一些理论依据。Abstract: Taking the 40t-horizontal clamp of Wuhan iron & steel group corporation as the research object,firstly a 3D solid model of clamp is established based on UG.The same model core-Parasolid is used to convert the UG model data to ADAMS,and then the virtual prototype is built in ADAMS.At last dynamic simulation analyses of the virtual prototype are carried through.It providing a theoretical guideline for clamp′s optimizing design.
