Abstract: With the development of millimeter wave technology,various kinds of millimeter wave array antenna are used widely.Precision forming and manufacturing of high accuracy antenna component are important steps of realizing the performance of antenna array.In this paper,a method of electroforming integrated precision forming is introduced for design of typical millimeter wave antenna component,slotted-array of millimeter wave antenna and millimeter wave antenna row feed.This method can be applied to other millimeter wave waveguide components.
