冰雹撞击试验中冰雹粒子速度测量及其误差分析

摘要: 航空飞行器冰雹撞击试验中,冰雹速度的准确测量是试验成功的关键。从航空飞行器冰雹撞击试验的要求和二级气体炮弹丸测速要求出发,通过对几种弹丸测速手段的分析,提出了遮光法冰雹测速技术。对测速装置的结构、误差以及相关的结构约束进行了分析,最后给出了详细的设计参数,具体设计参数选定为D=90 mm, d=2.5 mm, m=8 mm, h=30 mm, r=9 mm~50 mm,并经计算其测速误差为0.75%,≤1%的试验要求。整个理论分析结果和设计参数已应用到国内首台冰雹试验系统测速仪的研制中,测速仪通过高速摄像机测速校准和计量部门的测试标定,完全达到设计要求,说明整个理论分析是准确可靠的。Abstract: In aircraft hail impact test, accurate measurement of hail velocity is the key of test success. In this paper, starting from the requirements of aircraft hail impact test and shell velocimetry of secondary air gun, a shading method of hail velocimetry is proposed after analyzing several kinds of shell velocimetry. In analyzing speed measuring device structure, error and structural constraint, details of the design parameters are given. Specific design parameters are D=90 mm, d=2.5 mm, m=8 mm, h=30 mm, r=9 mm~50 mm. Speed error ≤0.75%, less than 1% such test requirements. The result of theoretical analysis and design parameters is applied in velometer development of the first hail test system in China. Velometer fully meets the design requirements is achieved by high speed camera calibration and measurement calibration of the department of calibration test. The theoretical analysis is accurate and reliable.
