摘要: 机载光电稳瞄系统逐步的小型化、新型化、高集成化和高性能化导致了热问题逐渐严峻,半导体制冷技术的特点使之更适合重量空间受限的情况下的制冷,用传热经典理论计算,辅助先进的热仿真软件的模拟验证了半导体制冷在机载光电稳瞄系统热问题解决方案中运用的可行性,为机载光电稳瞄系统热问题的解决提供了一种可能的途径。Abstract: The thermal-problem of airborne electro-optical targeting & navigation system is becoming worse because of miniaturization, high integration and high-performance. The characteristics of semiconductor refrigeration technology can adapt to the situation when there are more strict limits on weight and space. The feasibility of the application of semiconductor refrigeration to airborne electro-optical targeting & navigation system is validated by calculating with classical heat exchange-theory and advanced thermal simulation software. Aiming for airborne electro-optical targeting & navigation system thermal solution to the problem could be achieved by this possible way.
