    和谐HXD1型机车电器屏柜散热系统设计的分析与优化

    Analysis and Optimization of Design of Electric Cabinet Cooling System of HXD1 Electric Locomotive

    • 摘要: 建立了和谐HXD1型机车电器屏柜散热系统的三维模型并进行数值模拟,通过计算得出该散热系统的速度场和温度场,与实验结果相比较验证了设计的合理性,同时比较了不同风扇与不同热源位置情况下系统的散热性能,得出风扇的配置对强迫风冷流场有决定性作用,增大风扇的风速可以提高散热效果,但其散热效率随着功率的升高逐渐下降,合理的热源布局可以优化流场,提高散热性能。

       

      Abstract: A three dimensional numerical model of electric cabinet cooling system of HXD1 electric locomotive has been established and has done numerical simulation, getting velocity field and temperature field of its cooling system through calculation. The comparison with experimental results proved the rationality of its design. We also compared heat dissipation performance of the system under condition of different fans and different heat source positions, obtaining that collocation of fans is decisive in forced-air cooling flow field, and the rise of the speed of fans can improve heat dissipating efficiency, which will go down with the increase of power. We also found that reasonable heat source positions can optimize flow field and improve heat dissipation performance.
