    一种多通道分层式钎焊高效散热机箱的结构设计

    A Method of Designing a Braze Welding Case with High Efficiency Radiation

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种高效率的散热机箱,其设计是将整个机箱作为一个板翅式散热器设计,其分层热通道设计隔离了设备内各模块之间的相互热干扰。为更好的满足密封要求,机箱采用了整体真空钎焊技术进行制造。在设计中采用了热仿真技术,对仿真过程中需要注意的问题进行了探讨。

       

      Abstract: A method of designing a case with highly efficient radiation is presented. The approach is to treat the whole case as a plate-fin heat radiator. The layered channel of heat radiation eliminates the heat disturbance among different modules. The moulding of the case utilizes the technology of full-vacuum braze welding for satisfying the sealing requirement. Finally, the key issues of heat simulation technology which is adopted in the course of designing are discussed.
