    高频箱环境控制方法研究

    A Study on Environment Control of HF Equipment Case

    • 摘要: 高温高湿盐雾等恶劣环境会对高频箱内电子元器件的寿命和可靠性产生很大影响。为解决这一问题,提出了三种高频箱环境控制的方法。针对这三种方法,分别进行了试验验证,最终选择了其中一种工程应用效果较好的方法。研究成果可为未来解决高频箱环境控制这一关键技术问题提供有益的参考。

       

      Abstract: High temperature, high humidity and salt fog will induce bad effect on the life and reliability of electronic equipment and component. To solve this problem, this paper suggests three methods of environment control. Tests were performed to compare these methods and a best one is selected. This paper could be of valuable reference for solving environment control problem.
