Abstract: The institute would not do only research work as the market of military electronics weapon is increasing. In this paper, the environment that the production organization mode and the technology department face in the military electronics institute in new situation is described. It also studies the technology innovation management, how to perfect technology standardization system as well as technology informationization platform facing the product's full-process, which are urgently required to be improved by the technology department.
