Structure Design of a High Power Solid-State Modulator

摘要: 阐述了大功率全固态调制器的系统组成方案,提出了一种全固态调制器的结构设计方案,高压调制器组件采用灌油密封方式,解决了高压绝缘、散热与体积小、结构紧凑、大功耗之间的矛盾,重点给出了该调制器的冷却设计方法。实验结果表明该设计方案是有效可行的。Abstract: The system constituted of a high power solid-state modulator are presented in the paper and a structural design of the modulator is proposed.In order to resolve the conflict between high-tension insulator,radiating heat and small body,compact structure,plenty of power consumption,a method of canned-oil seal have been adopted and the design method for cooling the modulator is given with emphasis.The experimental results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme.
