Abstract: Micro-assembly is one of the key technologies in the advanced manufacturing of electronic products.It is the main technology of electrical interconnection in electronic product manufacture and represents the current development of the electronic packaging and assembling technology.The basic concept and definition of the Micro-assembly technology and its characters are presented in this paper.The relationship between the technical system of the micro-assembly technology and the electric interconnecting technology are discussed.Then the main contents of micro-assembly technology and its development trend are introduced.
