Abstract: Liquid cooling technology has been widely used in the cooling system of the phased array radar in recent years，with appearance of the distributional phased array radar．The liquid flow distribution system is an important part of the liquid cooling system of the distributional phased array radar．The development of the liquid cooling flow distribution system of a phased array radar is introduced and test methods and data analysis are described in detail．It will be helpful to the development of the similar systems．
