    某舰用电子设备焊接机柜的结构设计

    Structure Design of Welded Cabinet for Shipborne Electronic Equipment

    • 摘要: 文章介绍了一款舰船电子设备用钣金焊接机柜,通过框架整体焊接使机柜更适于舰船使用。文中先对机柜整体布局及立柱重要尺寸的设计进行了阐述,结构尺寸满足相关标准要求。为了提高机柜的“三防”性能,设计中对材料及涂覆进行了严格要求。框架的整体焊接方式使机柜具有优良的抗振性能及电磁屏蔽性能。由于机柜安装设备多、载重大,装舰时需要吊装,因此还对机柜吊装结构进行了加固设计并对其进行了有限元应力分析,给出了分析条件及结果。文章还对机柜框架焊接中容易产生的变形以及带来的问题进行了说明并提出了解决办法。本机柜通过实验验证满足设计与使用要求,已成功应用于某工程中。

       

      Abstract: A sheet metal welded cabinets for shipborne electronic equipment is described in this paper.Welded as a whole,the cabinet is more suitable for ships.The overall layout of the cabinet and the important dimensions of the column are described first in this paper.The structure meets the relevant standards. To improve the performance of the anti-moisture,anti-salt spray,anti-fungal the requirements for the material and coating are strict in the design.Because of the overall welded framework,the cabinet has good performance of vibration resistance and electromagnetic shielding.Due to a lot of equipment within the cabinet,the heavy load and lifting requirement during installation,the reinforcement design for the lifting structure and its finite element stress analysis are performed,and analytical conditions and results are given.The deformation during welding and the issues caused by the deformation are also described,and solutions are proposed in this paper.The tests show that the cabinet meets the design and use requirements.It has been applied successfully to a project.
