    手持式野战通信设备外接电池供电密封设计

    Sealing Design of External Battery Supply for Handheld Field Communication Equipment

    • 摘要: 阐述了手持式野战通信设备密封设计的重要性以及设备传统供电方式的优缺点。以O 形橡胶圈密封理论为依据,开展了手持式野战通信设备外接电池供电密封结构的研究开发,详细论述了外接电池供电方式密封结构的设计及计算方法。按照国家军用标准要求进行了浸渍试验,验证了该设计方法的可行性和有效性,对手持式野战通信设备供电密封设计具有工程指导意义。

       

      Abstract: The importance of sealing design and the advantages &disadvantages of the traditional battery supply of the handheld field communication equipment are described.Based on the sealing principle of O-ring,the sealing structure of the external battery supply of handheld field communication equipment is developed.The design and calculation methods of the sealing structure are described in detail.As per the requirement of GJB,the immersion test of the equipment is performed.The test shows that this sealing design method is feasible and effective.This paper can provide the engineering guidance for the sealing design of battery supply of handheld field communication equipment.
