    一种超大尺寸多功能机载液晶显示器设计

    Design of a Super Size and Multifunctional Airborne Rugged TFT-LCD

    • 摘要: 文中论述了一种超大尺寸、特殊长宽比的机载液晶显示器的总体设计方案。为了适合现代的、大尺寸、宽视角和双画面需要,满足包括触摸控制等多功能用途的机载液晶显示器要求,依据该产品的技术协议指标,结合已有的机载液晶显示器的成熟、稳定的加固工艺和一体化的电路设计思想和方法,在基本液晶显示模块( 即原屏) 的选型、LED 背光源方案设计以及结构壳体的轻型化、高强度和结构热设计等方面进行分析和设计,特别是在电磁兼容方面对壳体材料以及表面防护玻璃屏蔽的处理上,借助三维设计和应力分析软件及EMS 等电磁分析软件进行前期分析,提高了设计效率,降低了制造成本。对产品进行的耐振动、抗冲击、宽温工作和电磁兼容等环境适应性试验测试表明,本机载液晶显示器的加固技术几个关键点都符合技术要求。

       

      Abstract: The overall design of airborne liquid crystal displays with large size,the special ratio of length and width is discussed in this paper.In order to meet the requirements of multi-purpose LCD such as modernization,large size,wide viewing angle and double screens,including touch control,required by the indicators of product technology agreement,in combination with the mature & stable rugged process and integrated circuit design ideas & methods of airborne LCD,the design of selection of basic liquid crystal display module ( the original screen),the redesign of LED backlight and the light,high-strength design and thermal design for shell structure are analyzed. Especially,in the electromagnetic compatibility,the shell material and treatment of surface protective glass shield are pre-analyzed in this paper,with three-dimensional design analysis software and analysis software as EMS,which improves the design efficiency and reduces manufacturing cost.The environmental adaptability tests such as anti-vibration,anti-shock,width-range temperature and electromagnetic compatibility show that some key points of rugged technology for the airborne LCD meet the technical requirements.
