    一种带背光键盘安装结构的电磁屏蔽方法

    An Electromagnetic Shielding Method for Assembly Structure of Keyboard with Backlight

    • 摘要: 橡胶按键属于人机界面的一部分,为了操作者的动作可达性和减少误操作,就要求按键键块尺寸不能太小,从而面板开孔就较大,产生较大的电磁泄露。要让橡胶按键具有背光效果,光需要从键盘电路板上透传到橡胶按键表面,这就要求背光光源和橡胶按键之间不能有金属板的阻挡。为了解决透光和电磁屏蔽的矛盾,文中提出了一种安装透光屏蔽板的方法,并计算了其具体屏蔽效能。

       

      Abstract: Rubber keys of keyboard are important parts of man-machine interface.To improve operator’s operational accessibility and reduce possible misoperations,the size of keys cannot be designed too small.This will result in big hole in the panel which normally generates high electromagnetic leakage.Metallic shielding seems to be a good solution.However,to achieve satisfactory backlight effect in rubber keys,light needs to pass from the keyboard’s circuit board to the rubber side.Therefore,there should not be any metal plate blocking in between.In order to address this dilemma,this paper proposes to use transparent shielding plate and introduces the corresponding mounting method.Through detailed calculations,the effectiveness of this shielding method has been demonstrated.
