Abstract: This article briefly introduces the composition，characteristics and machining performance of composite materials．According to the machining performance and requirements，the process is optimized，and the general process device is suggested to take the place of special machine tools．In this article，different process devices are compared and analyzed，and the composition，function of each part and design requirements of the process device are introduced in detail．The process device can be used to cut composite materials of different dimension．
