Abstract: Carbon fiber composites have characteristics of light weight，high strength，high rigidity，and are extensively used to make structural component and functional component in electronic industry．In this paper，3236/T300 high performance carbon fiber prepreg is used to produce the corrugated component．The carbon fiber corrugated component is made by autoclave process technique and compression moulding technique，and the detailed manufacturing process is described．The results show that the corrugated component made by compression moulding technique meets the design requirements．It overcomes the bottleneck of assembly of sustaining objects and corrugated component．Furthermore，the whole manufacturing process and the control parameters are discussed in detail．
