Abstract: In a shipborne console design，ANSYS software is employed to build a finite element model．The simulation state analysis for the console is carried out and the dynamic response is also analyzed by loading the real vibration and bumping condition of the ship in this paper．The whole structure intensity of the console is evaluated according to the analysis result and find out the weak part of the console structure．The structural optimization and vibration control design are carried out on this basis．
